If you’re new to my channel, my name is Dr. Drew Timmermans, ND, RMSK. How I got here…
22 yrs old: Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario.
23 yrs old: Competed as a long sprinter, anchoring the 4x400m relay to a silver medal at the Canadian national championships, contributing to Western's first national title in men's track and field.
23 yrs old: Started working as a personal trainer for GoodLife Fitness in Canada, quickly becoming one of the Top 10 Personal Trainers nationwide.
23 yrs old: Herniated two discs in my lower back, ending my track and field career and sending me into a multi-year battle with chronic pain.
24 yrs old: Enrolled at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (now Sonoran University of Health Sciences) after discovering my passion for naturopathic medicine.
26 yrs old: Still battling chronic back pain, I finally became pain-free through a platelet-rich plasma injection.
28 yrs old: Graduated and become a licensed naturopathic doctor.
29 yrs old: Completed the first-ever residency in regenerative medicine and integrative pain management at the Neil Riordan Center for Regenerative Medicine.
29 yrs old: Co-founded Regenerative Performance to help people with chronic pain just as I had been helped.

I took bpc-157 and tb-500 blend from biotech peptides and it was only for a couple weeks and I noticed crazy brain fog, anxiety, vision problems, and extreme fatigue. I'm not sure 100% of that was due to the dosage.

you were most likely getting dosed with LPS, which is an endotoxin created from bacteria that commonly contaminates non-prescription grade injectable peptides. This is why we don't recommend using peptides from online peptide websites

I was prescribed testosterone injections for about two years , come to find out it could have been causing plaque build up possibly? I had a calcium score of 1425 and left back side was 60% blocked and 45% on right artery . No stent because I’m only 40 and the doctor said I had to have 70% blockage to have a stent . I’m on 40 mg of Lipitor and several blood pressures pills . My question is will peptides cause any more heart/ artery problems or cause more plaque build up ? I’ve lost so much weight and muscle since I’ve had to stop the testosterone and totally change my diet .

I hope you see this I am 23 years old had a dislocated shoulder and did a surgery my shoulder is decent but not the same I hear cracking while bench pressing and I have some knee pain is it safe to take BPC-157 as a 23 years old ?

I've never seen any good convincing evidence that BPC-157 can initiate cancer or even worsen cancer. The arguments on angiogenesis are extremely weak, because those studies were done in a petri dish. If we made a blanket statement that all things that increase angiogenesis can cause cancer, then we wouldn't recommend exercise as a cancer treatment, because exercise increases angiogenesis

I had heard from a compound pharmacy that Thymosin Beta 4 had to be reformulated due to FDA demand... Are you familiar with this? The new Thymosin Beta 4 is now called ABD7...

Yes tb4 went away a while ago, so we have switched to using the TB500 fragment of tb4. Never heard of abd7

I was just going to order my own bpc-157 to do my own therapy and came to yt to do research on how much bacteriostatic water to use and at what dose. I've seen 5ml and 10ml of water. Is it a 1:1ratio? I'm looking to get a 10ml bottle of bpc-157.

For a 10mg bottle of BPC you should use 5ML of Bac Water.

No, those aren't available from our compounding pharmacies. We use the GH secretagogues which are ghrelin mimetics to a degree
