I think we all can agree that he's in a better place right now... I used to be sad sometimes watching this videos about his life and death, and I used to wounder what would have happened if he didn't kill himself, but the suicide he committed was his own free will. Since childhood, after the near-death experience, he was fascinated about the concept of being dead. So I believe, I can't say for surely, but I do believe, he's right where he wants to be. R.I.P. Dead, you revolutionized black metal.

The grave is there. It't at Österhaninge Begravningsplats, the cemetary near the Österhaninge Church, just a few minutes by a walk from there. I was there today and paid my respect to Pelle.

You just walk Klockarlötsvägen street, past the church down the forest. You'll see the sign "Österhaninge begravningsplats". Then go down there, go past some graves and look for a path that leads little up (there are two, from left and right side), to small forest. There you will find Pelle's grave. It's not hard to find it. I remembered from this clip here that on the right side of Dead's grave, there's a grave in shape of circle (you can see it on the clip) and that's all.

I've watched a couple of documentaries on him. Dead and Euronymous were both severely fucked up in the head. The whole reason Varg Vikernes stabbed Euronymous was because he was going to kidnap and torture Varg to death on camera and make a snuff film. He had it coming.

He had said to Snorre over the phone he had planned it at least, and Varg overheard. Whether or not he would have actually done so or if he was just talking shit to sound tough, we'll never know. But one thing we know for sure about Euronymous is that he loved to talk a lot to sound tough but rarely took action.

I guess you could say Dead was ‘fucked up,’ but I don’t think he was a bad person. He was a good person that was haunted by horrible things that happened to him in the past. That’s all. Which cemetery is this exactly? Is it the one right off the train station? Or do you have to take a bus there? I went to 'österhaninge begravningsplats' as it appears in Google maps and once I get off the train station I took a bus for another 15 mins and it dropped me off to this little cemetery but I didn't find the grave after a long time searching for it but I saw there was another cemetery close to the train station itself.

"Grounds the surrounding little church" (Sankta Gertruds kyrka) are called Österhaninge kyrkogård (Churchyard). If you come from the western direction, go past the church and you should come to Västra infarten. (Western entrance). I recommend to go from the eastern entrance - it's much easier to find.
