Yes it is, UK Law makes us remove the "Champagne"

You ever get cigar-sick? God, it’s the worst. That’s why I generally smoke lighter cigars.

It happens to everyone at some point, but you're right its the worst, there are some cigars in the medium bracket which are still smooth though.
