❓ no comprende looks like the birds are still okay and they blasted a couple of days ago didn't they didn't hurt the birds and then you say the permit was canceled ❓you need to explain yourself better on these videos

Sure- The permit got revoked 2 hours before the blasting. The blasting you see here was executed to detonate the remaining charge for safety reasons - you can draw your own conclusions from this
