So true! I grew up in Los Angeles in the 70s and 80s. My dad is in the music industry, and I went to school with many kids who came from entertainment families, and also every wealth and status level. I would be at houses in Beverly Hills, I'd be at houses in Reseda in the San Fernando Valley ( where I'm from) or ramshackle apartments. Some had only a mom, dad or grandparent, aunt to raise them, etc! At 60, I can tell you that my experience let me realize the poorest "nobody's" ended up being the most giving, most grateful happy people in the end. ❤

The love and attention that come with fame can often feel uncertain. There's a fine line between genuine love and the allure of attention, and it’s easy to get lost in the spoils of it all, which many dream of. But it's heartbreaking when trust becomes an issue, making it hard to know who truly cares. Love can take on so many forms, and it's important to remember that. Depression is something we should all take seriously, and when alcohol or drugs are added, it only makes the struggle even harder. Life is a precious gift, and everyone is deserving of the air they breathe. It's essential not to misuse this gift-learning to love yourself and make choices that lead to growth and healing is vital. As we reflect on Liam’s life, let’s honor his memory by learning from his insecurities and struggles. In doing so, we pay tribute to his legacy. Rest in peace, Liam-may you continue creating music among the angels.

Poor Liam was struggling deep inside. He was using drugs & booze as a crutch. I feel so sad about it all. Ive struggled with alcohol for years. I had bouts of feeling low about myself telling myself Im rubbish. I believed turning to alcohol was my best friend. You have to cut the cycle. It takes a lot of strength to do that. Im wondering that when he was 14 that first rejection at the audition stuck in his mind. He then became famous & rich but at some points he did a few things that made him feel rejected. Thank you for your truth and as someone who battles mental health , depression / anxiety and addict who is clean , I feel like I can feel the agitation the isolation he must have felt , I have had suicidal ideation and men carry it through . You are right about the wealth , the fact you can afford to keep your habit ., it's so heartbreaking It's also a little familiar in those that reach fame in the fast lane . A lady posted 'Singing in God's choir now ' Imagine the choir !!!! Rest in divine peace , i lost 2 close female friend's Your legacy wiik forever live . My love strength to family , they will feel it so deeply . Prayers to all from down under 🇦🇺💜🙏

Well, we're all human beings and I'm not going to judge him. He was not himself anymore. That picture of him with Bear as a baby kills me. Not everyone is built to survive fame and we've seen the casualties before. I do think a lot of parents are remiss for letting their kids get into the industry so young. It's a horrible way to grow up.

Sad all round. 😢... I think he was overwhelmed by many things. And when you in that dark place...I guess he felt he wanted to forget everything and be in a calm place...which you definitely won't get from drugs. I really feel sorry for him. Rip brother ❤

As my partner is in organizational security, he has worked security for A- list celebrities, as well as presidential candidates. He feels it's very odd for Payne to be sitting around in Buenos Aires; this , he says , is. "a place that people flee to, or hide in..." perhaps somebody was after Liam.

People sometimes dont understand the real meaning of gratefulness means. These type of people who are rich and famous, must try to live in with the locals in slum areas of a third country or in Africa, and understand how others less fortunate lives. It will be a therapy knowing, you can eat well, sleep well and have access to good medical care.

He could have just gone home to the UK and applied. I realise he thought he could go to the concert if he went to Argentina. I don't understand how he managed to get a clean bill of health. It's sad that someone has so much money and such disregard frankly for the safety of other people that when his family took his car keys away so he couldn't drive in the state he was in that he simply went and bought another car. To those who have been saying why didn't anyone try to help him I've been responding with maybe they did. You can only help someone if they're willing to accept the help and do whatever it takes to overcome their problems. Maybe they could have intervened when he quit rehab after 2 days. Who knows? Too much money and drugs and alcohol. I also can't understand how he couldn't have arranged for money to be sent to him if his cards were not working. The girlfriend was also due more respect than for him to engage with prostitutes as soon as she left. She didn't deserve that. i love that you do your reports respectfully even if the information you are conveying is not what many want to hear.

I think Liam was very lonely and being a star child, growing in this industry, things like Visa handling etc and all this burocracy is something (even if simple) can weight and frustrate people. He was left out by his Record Label,Managers, even this guy Roger Nores - he just stepped out of the hotel leaving him alone in that state just minutes to his death.Hotel may not be fully responsible, but he could have at least waited for an ambulance to pick him up.Nobody cared and now it’s everybody’s business. That’s the cold truth

We have no idea if Prince Harry has had previous issues with visa renewal. The only reason this information is out there about Liam is because he died in a very public and tragic manner and it's directly connected to the time of his death. The information about Liam's visa issues is not coming from the American gov't, it's coming from his camp. Why would Prince Harry's camp admit publicly to having issues and needing a psych consult by the U.S. gov't instead of patiently waiting the short amount of time it took for Liam to finally get approved?
