I'm beyond my food budget but 'tong episode na ito naglalaway ako. Must find me pata in this US south border city. Hindi sila mahilig dito ng special pork cuts na 'yan. If you happen to find it, sulit sulitin mo na . Once in a blue moon lang mangyari. I think around Thanksgiving. Sa Albertson , but order ahead of time. In other big stores , putol putol na. Thank you for the tips . This dish makes me nervous dahil sa "talsikan". Must prep days ahead lang pala.

Last Christmas I made the litchon kawali. After I watched your litchon kawali Videos. Anyway , I put the star anise with your recipe. Also I add ginger and lemon grass.
