I bought this end of last year. Great case imo. Only issues I have is trying to hide the daisy chain cables from the case fans and the outdated molex power supply for them. Other than that, there is plenty of room for a 7900 xt!

I have this as my pc case, only downsides of this case is that the rear pci slots can not be reattached once removed, from a cleaning perspective the way the front mesh panel hold the front dust filter (mine came with the filter) is not ideal because if you want to remove the filter you have to bend the metal arms attached to the mesh that are located behind the inside of the front panel, bending them open and closed will cause them to break, they are not that durable (I know this because i bend metal similar to this before and they broke), I would have preffered that the font dust filter was also magnetic like the top dust filter (it would have made cleaning the case a whole lot easier).

That's right, only 2 x 140mm or 3 x 120mm at the front

Hi, planning to build my new pc in this case. I see you AIO has the radiator on the inside of the case, so you take the air from otuside the case and push it in. What is the AIO you are using? I was planning to get a Liquid Freezer III 360, but the fans are in the opposite direction, so it looks like it would be taking air from inside the box and pushing it out, which is not optimal. Should I look for a AIO like yours?
@PulsarTECHАй бұрын
Hi, good questions. Ideally, it would be nice to place an AIO on top with fans blowing air outside the case but I have transferred this Thermaltake AIO 360 from my old case that was a full tower case. The only place a 360 AIO would fit properlyin this case is in the front with fans blowing inward. Usually on such AIOs you can manually choose the direction of air flow depending where you mount the fans. Just keep in mind that the amount of fans blowing in should match the amount of fans blowing out, otherwise it will not circulate well. With my system setup the temps are staying low.

Will Deepcool LE520 240mm fit at the top and not block the Rams?
@PulsarTECH Жыл бұрын
Yes, the Deepcool LE520 240mm liquid cooler should fit at the top of the Deepcool Matrexx 55 Mesh case. The Matrexx 55 Mesh is designed to support up to a 240mm radiator at the top, making it compatible with 240mm AIO (All-in-One) liquid coolers like the LE520. Just ensure that your motherboard's components and RAM do not obstruct the installation of the cooler in the top position, as some motherboards or RAM configurations might limit clearance.

I find the DeepCool Matrexx 55 Mesh to be a perfect case. You can install up to three in the front and two on top, which should be good. Plus, one at the back would be nice as well for better airflow.

Hey there, I wanted to ask if you can remove the whole drive bay so you can fit a modular psu as the cables cannot fit in my case? I saw that there're some screws on the bottom of the case but I'm not sure if they're for the Drives. Thank you in advance!
@FishTailTaco Жыл бұрын
They’re removable, but they’re rivets. I did it, took some time. Make sure the case is empty
@PulsarTECH Жыл бұрын
Hi, unfortunately no it's not removable by screws but if you need to get rid of it you can carefully drill out the rivets and then if you need to put it back just use a couple of screws with nuts. Hope this will help!

With an ATX board, is there space for a total of 5 3.5" hard drives? (I don't care how it looks lol)
@PulsarTECH7 ай бұрын
Well, if you don't mind how it looks, there is plenty of room to fit 5 HDDs. Two of them can go into the HDD bay, while the other 3 might be positioned awkwardly, perhaps even vertically, depending on the size of the graphics card. Hope this helps.

How is it compared to the lian li lancool 215 ?
@PulsarTECH Жыл бұрын
I was looking into Lian Li Lancool but then decided to try this case and happy with it 100%. I don't think there's any reason to spend more money for Lian Li unless you want a White case maybe, I don't think Deepcool has white color case option. I would rather invest into a good water cooling system for the CPU.

You would need to keep an eye on the motherboard, drive temperatures and so on. Since PSU, Graphics card and CPU already have their own fans, you might run your system without additional fans if you don't install the side panel but gotta watch the temperatures carefully.

Hi, there are only 2 thumb screws that are really holding the side panel, so once you take them out, you should be able to first pull it backward and then take it out. Maybe there's something stuck there, try to tap it gently. Besides that there should be any problem. Let me know how it goes!

@PulsarTECH2 жыл бұрын
