I have to agree with the interior compartment issue. I personally don't think it was even needed as putting everything on display is just fine as it's more of an issue to take stuff out of that small compartment than putting it in it. Also, it could be used as a costume prop if you ever wanted to dress up as "Thorsie." (Yes I made that up on the fly). Anyway, great job and I enjoyed you streaming the build of it too.

You can just keep the compartments out and close the top and use the hammer as a prop for a theme of sorts 😉

I had the same issue with the Easter egg inside the set. I actually lost one of my infinity stones in the hammer head🤦🏾‍♀️ There I was giggling the hammer around like it was a musical instrument 😂

It looks like a great set, i am thinking of picking up one of these. The thing that i am missing with the hammer, are the symbols on the side of the hammer. Therefore it looks less detailed and a little bit plain, its just all grey. If you see the actual Mjolnir on the box, it has a lot more detail. Other than that, really cool and an awesome display next to the gauntlet.

I wasn’t going to get this, but I changed my mind now. I didn’t realise you could pick it up like that. Great review. It would look really cool if you had the hammer on the wall above you desk below the Titanic, like a tool rack. Just a couple of long nails in the wall to hold it at an angle. 🔨

Love the set, my only issue is that the handle is huge and the hammer part could be a bit bigger to make it more balanced

I'm building it now Bricksie and I just realized, I believe they DON'T want you to take out the vault. Like it's to be permanently in the hammer. So like a hidden cool thing, when you open it, you see Odin's vault. AND as well, like you said, you could also just leave it out for display and play for kids. But I believe with NO jumper plate there, and the way it's built with no way to grip it properly to take out you're supposed to just leave it in the hammer OR leave it out. It's one or the other option. Lego doesn't make those design mistakes on something that obvious and simple. Would be good to incorporate a light inside somehow so when you open it it can shine onto the vault with the trans elements in there.

I only wish they would decorate it more on the outside with printed plates or maybe even *stickers* (ahem). But anyway mine is still in the mail, I'm going to the Lego store this Sunday to check out if I can get some more stash for the upcoming months.

The black rubber strap actually comes from LEGO Vidiyo Series, it's a handle from Vidiyo cubes.

My bestie and I also discussed why Lego does coloured plates that are hidden away, yet can peak through and "destroy" some of the optics. What I am missing with this hammer is the runes! It's an 18+, so there should have been printed plates with the ornaments. Thank you for this review ☺😁🤘

i disagree with the whole idea of this set. build is repetitive, end product is plain and not really playable unless you like standing and spinning in circles and price is way to high. if you just want somehting to play with you can get like 10 dollar plastic one or if you want proper weighted one it still costts less and can do far more, i just dont understand why someone would willingly buy an XXL light grey 2x4 brick

Another thing not addressed here is that the leather strap won't support the hammer. Don't carry the hammer via strap!
