Hi everyone, in this The Terrace Kitchen video, we will see yet another awesome recipe of eggless cake. This recipe shows how to make delicious cashew almond vanilla cake at home that too without oven.

INGREDIENTS:
• ½ Cup Cashew (काजू)
• 1 Cup Yogurt/Curd (दही)
• ½ Cup Milk (दूध)
• 1 Cup Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
• ¼ Cup Melted Butter (मक्ख़न)
• ¼ Cup Oil (तेल)
• 2 Tsp Vanilla Essence (वैनिला एसेंस)
• ½ Cup Milk Powder (दूध पाउडर)
• 2 Cups All Purpose Flour (मैदा)
• 2 Tsp Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
• ½ Tsp Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा)
• Sliced Roasted Almonds (बादाम)

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
• OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min. Then bake for 40-45 min.
• Kadhai/Cooker(No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 20 min & then at low flame for 35-40 min
