Fun fact: It was filmed in Romania! ALL of it! They built that 'wholesome American Town" Just for the series. Nevermore academy is actually an existing castle in Romania, they ónly CGI'd the little roofs and turrets for a bit to look like the classic Addams Family home. The rest of it is àctually there. Kinda mind-blowing.

Now I have the opening tune of The Addams family stuck in my mind as well! The actress who plays the principal is Lady Brienne in GoT. The actress playing Morticia is Catherine Zeta Jones, one of the most beautiful women in the world (imho). That teacher is Christina Rici who also played Wednesday back in the day. Names with a W ... Wendy, Wilhemina, Wilfrieda, Wanda, Winnifer, Waldruna, Winifred. The song Wednesday plays on the chello is Painted Black by The Rolling Stones 🙂 Although the series ( I have watched 3 episodes ) is not really my kind of show it is entertaining and with you reacting to it I just have to watch it as well 🙂 My favourite wednesday oneliner in this episode: "I find social media to be a soul-sucking void of meaningless affirmation." The Gomez actor actually fits the original comic and animation versions of the character really really perfectly. And the actor is a really good actor. Luis Guzman is well respected in his field.

I don’t know if you caught it but Ms. Thornhill is Christina Ricci. She was Wednesday from the 90’s movies. Also the Cello piece Wednesday is playing is Paint it black by The Rolling Stones. here some Fun Facts, i noticed: 1:07 the man on the right with the coffee is Miles Millar, one of the Duo Showrunners and writers. They always work together since over 20 years. His Partner is Alfred Gough and they created the best superhero show Smallville back then. 3:01 on the car is a sign "Martha" and the boy with the big glasses looks like Clark Kent and wears red blue. The Showrunners created Smallville (Supermans Youth). Also there is a charakter in the Show called Kent. As in Clark and Martha Kent. 9:12 on the board you can see the names Alfred & Gough :) 9:09 its Brienne from GOT, right. I needed 3 episodes to fgure it out. i knew i saw her face somewhere and thought is this Rose Byrne? because in the german Version she has the dubbing voice of her. she looks a little bit familiar. i love the addams family since my childhood, especially Wednesday. its my humour :D 4 of the best people are working on this show. The Duo shorunners, Tim Burton and Music master Danny Elfman

Wednesday was actually filmed entirely in Romania! The school is actually castelul Cantacuzino! And Lurch and Thing are both played by Romanian actors! Lurch is played by George Burcea and Thing by Victor Dorobantu.
