باجی پہلے تو یہ بتلائیں کی تو گرم کر کے رکھیں دم کے لئے ؟؟دوسرا یہ کہ چاولوں کا پانی فل مکمل خشک ہو جائے تب دم لگائیں یا ہلکا سا پانی رہتا ہو تب دم لگائیں ؟؟مجھے گیس والے چولھے کا دم لگانا نہیں آ تا کیوں کہ ہم لکڑیوں کی آ گ پہ کام کرتے ہیں تو ہم انگاروں پہ دم لگاتے ہیں چاولوں کو مکمل پانی سکھاکر ۔۔مگر گیس کا نہیں پتہ پلیز گائیڈ کردیں

I tried this recipe today it was amazing the only mistake I made was not adding enough oil I should have added one and a half cup oil for one kilo chicken otherwise the rice are not separated and long how I wanted them to no but otherwise it was delicious
