Hi Shinee, thank you for the recipe. You said in the video 75 grams of powder sugar& 10 gm of cocoa powder. But in your recipe says 65g of PS and 10gof cocoa powder. Could you please clear which one is correct?! Thank you.

Hi!! Both will work. I recently lowered the powdered sugar amount by 10g. ;)

Hi,Shinee.Ms Ng from Malaysia here.Really enjoy learning making macaron from your sharing.i facing problm during the macaronage ,it become much more sticky and wont get the batter we want.i heard that you said can take out 2teaspoon of almond flour.May i know about how many gram in 2tea spoon.

You can try removing up to 30g of almond flour. Let me know if that helps.

Not sure what exactly you mean. I use my basic macaron recipe as a base for flavored macarons and test it multiple times to come to the perfect ratio for additional components.

Hi shinee , why they become more chewy than normal ones ?

Hmm, not sure. My chocolate macarons have the same texture as the regular ones. Try filling and maturing them, it should turn out fine. Let me know if it doesn't.
