The cake turned out pretty good. I would recommend to eat it with frosting.took a bit more time to bake.and I skipped the coffee. Overall it was a wonderful cake

How many mins you refrigerate before cutting to set the ganache?does refrigerating dries the cake inside?i tried this cake again today without the frosting and this is soo good!!!😋😋😋

Refrigerate just an hour... ganache will set so fast... refrigerating will not dries the cake much... may be it will dries when refrigerating for 1 day or more.. but i think no pieces will be left to keep for 1 day...😀

No need... Refrigerating for more time will make cake so hard... If it is refrigerated you have to keep outside for 30 minutes before eating..😊
