Perfect Cliffs any% Gold split in

The fastest set of cycles that would be possible to do in an any% run, a gold split that is only 1 frame slower than the IL record for Cliffs. Extremely good RNG, plus a dynamite jump in the middle. I used some extra magic to make the gold split more likely, although the same time could have been achieved without this.
