I'm giving some thought to investing in a public car wash company and your videos are IMMENSELY helpful. Thank you so much for producing them. You've saved me so much time and effort. I'm a car guy so I almost always wash my cars myself, or I have them detailed by hand. That said, you're clearly knowledgeable about this (see your comment about 'cloth density,' for example) so I wanted to ask you a few questions. Feel free to answer all, some, or none. 1. Does any single company dominate the rest in terms of technology, wash quality, customer service, location density, etc.? 2. Have you seen any significant improvement or deterioration in any company's service over the past few years? Like, has anyone gotten way better or way worse? 3. What are the hallmarks of a 10/10 car wash? What equipment should I be looking for at the facility? Conversely, what equipment suggests an amateurish operation? 4. If you were running a small network of car washes for a living, which competitor would you most fear coming to your town? 5. Do you personally pay for a higher tier car wash, or do you stick with the base service? 6. Within a single 'brand' of car wash, is there a significant variance in quality between locations? Who has the tightest quality standards? Who is the Chick Fila of car washes? Thank you again for this. I will be watching more of your videos this evening.

Hard to reply to all of this in a KZbin reply lol. Do you have Discord? That would make it far easier to answer your questions. I have an answer for all of your questions but it would be a VERY long reply. Thank you for reaching out!

Even though Coleman isn’t that good, but at least Coleman did a good maintenance job by fixing and cleaning the wash but when i went to 📍LUV Car Wash - Blue Diamond Rd and that wash was dirty. But this one is super cool and clean.
