But who are all these food for? You can't be hungry while on a cruise, or even on an all inclusive vacation at a resort for that matter. Can you go here if you're not on a cruise?

This is the exclusive private island of Royal Caribbean International, which means that you can get here only if you are cruising with them. The food on cruise ships is free for all guests but since everyone is out when the cruise ships dock in CocoCay, they bring the food out and serve it on the island. The lunch is for free but there are also paid options (like Coco Beach Club).

Nope, I don't have a clue but I was climbing and it's really high, the panoramic view of the island that you can see in the video is from the highest point of the tower.
