That drainage tile is not joined properly, it's not long enough. It will not last as the road will be undercut by water seepage.

​@@BulldozerMega168that pipe is absolutely broken. The truck's front tire went right through it!! It wasn't buried deep enough to withstand the weight of the full dump trucks. The pipe needs to be dug up and replaced correctly, otherwise the road is going to be washed out by the water.

This is a truly foolish country. If you do construction like that, water will overflow and splash during heavy rain. There are no sewer pipes or sewage purification facilities.
