Culvert pipe too small and buried at both ends so a waste of time and effort. As for the dozer driver seemingly in slow-mo....'watching paint dry' springs to mind. Not very impressed. :-(

That drainage tile is not joined properly, it's not long enough. It will not last as the road will be undercut by water seepage.

The two pipes were not even connected end to end. SMH. Then to cover the pipe ends with rock. What a wrong move. That wide of a ditch should have had 2-3 pipes in it and longer ones.

@@BulldozerMega168that pipe is absolutely broken. The truck's front tire went right through it!! It wasn't buried deep enough to withstand the weight of the full dump trucks. The pipe needs to be dug up and replaced correctly, otherwise the road is going to be washed out by the water.

Absolutely pathetic, pipes not lined up, huge gap, muck one side, subsoil the other, paper bag joint covering, which will be forced through the joint, any bosses see this should have it ripped out, really bad.
