@@KaaylaDee Yes 👍 baby gurl even (y)our daily water intake should be at room temperature. It's better for our digestion. And I just learned that taking my allergy medication at night helps me fell less congestion in the morning. And next on my bucket list is a purchasing a dehumidifier.
