• Green chilies 1 tablespoon, finely chopped
• Eggs 2 large
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper powder to taste
• Bread crumbs 1 cup
Gravy
• Oil 1 tablespoon
• Ginger 2 inch piece, finely chopped
• Garlic cloves, 6-7 finely chopped
• Tomato paste 4 tablespoons
• Soy sauce 1/3 cup
• Brown sugar 1/3 cup
• Water 3 cups
• Chili sauce 4-5 tablespoons
• Vinegar 4 tablespoons
• Corn flour Slurry [Corn flour 2 teaspoons + 2 tablespoons water]
• Spring onions for garnish

ٹماٹر کا پیسٹ 4 کھانے کے چمچ
سویا سوس 1/3 کپ
براؤن شوگر 1/3 کپ
پانی 3 کپ
چلی سوس 4-5 کھانے کے چمچ
سرکہ 4 کھانے کے چمچ
مکئی کا آٹا سلری [مکئی کا آٹا 2 چائے کے چمچ + 2 کھانے کے چمچ پانی]
گارنش کے لئے بہاری پیاز

पानी 3 कप
चिली सॉस 4-5 बड़े चम्मच
सिरका 4 बड़े चम्मच
मकई का आटा घोल [मकई का आटा 2 चम्मच + 2 बड़े चम्मच पानी]
गार्निश के लिए वसंत प्याज

I used to also cover my hobs in tinfoil but then I found fire-safe silicon sheets on amazon that you can line your hob with, and when they get dirty you can throw them in the dishwasher or wash them by hand.
