Complete Recipe in English:
🍚Kimchi Rice
Ingredients
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Ginger paste 1 tbsp
• Garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Spring onions 1/2 cup
• Frozen Corn 1 cup (if fresh, microwave them for 5-6 minutes first)
• Kimchi 2 cups, chopped (You can get recipe on my youtube channel)
• Soy sauce 2 tbsp
• Chili sauce (if you want it spicy)
• Oyster sauce 2 tbsp (optional)
• Boiled rice 4 cups
Preparation
1. Heat oil in a wok and add ginger paste and garlic paste.
2. Stir fry and add spring onions. Stir fry until aromatic.
3. Now add corns and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until soft.
4. Add Kimchi and stir fry for 1 more minute.
5. Lastly add boiled rice, soy sauce and oyster sauce and chili Sauce (if needed-I skipped it).
6. Stir fry on high for 3-4 minutes and serve immediately with accompaniment of your choice. Enjoy!
🥬️Quick Kimchi
Ingredients
• Chinese cabbage 1 small head
• Rice Flour 1 tsp
• Paprika powder 2 tsp
• Soy sauce 2 tsp
• White vinegar 2 tsp
• Sugar 1/2 tsp
• Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
• Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp
• Water 1/2 cup
• Lemon Juice 2 tsp
Preparation
1. Wash the Chinese cabbage and drain the water completely.
2. Chop the into 2 inch squares and keep aside
3. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients mentioned above and make a paste
4. Add water and mix
5. Now add this liquid mixture to a wok and cook on slow heat until the water dries out completely.
6. Turn off the flame and add cabbage pieces and stir.
7. Serve warm or cold as per your liking.
8. Enjoy!
🍲Asian Glazed Sticky Meatballs
Ingredients
Meatballs
• Chicken mince 500 grams
• Ginger paste 1 tsp
• Garlic paste 1 tsp
• Breadcrumbs 2-3 tbsp
• Oil 1 tbsp
• Egg 1
• Salt to taste
• Paprika powder 1 tsp (for heat you can add chili powder)
Gravy
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Ginger paste 1 tsp
• Garlic paste 1 tsp
• Water 1 cup (add more later if needed)
• Vinegar 1/4 cup
• Soy sauce 1/2 cup
• Chili sauce 1/8 cup
• Honey 2 tbsp
• Oyster sauce 1 tbsp (optional)
• Corn flour 2 tbsp and water 1 cup
Preparation
1. To make meatballs, mix everything and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Now apply oil on you hands and make meatballs (small or large, your choice).
3. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the meatballs until golden.
4. Take out on a paper towel.
5. Gravy: In a cooking pot add oil and ginger and garlic paste and sauce until aromatic.
6. Now add water, vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce, honey and oyster sauce and bring to a boil.
7. Add meatballs and cook for 5-6 minutes until meatballs are cooked through,
8. In a full glass of water add 2 tbsp to corn flour, mix and add to the cooked meatball curry.
9. Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
10. When the curry is translucent again, add more water to thin it out if needed.
11. Serve immediately with rice of your choice.
