Oh, I am a baddy alright and these look glorious. We are having my son, his wife, the grandbaby, and our friends (the daughter-in-law's parents but we were friends first before they dated/married) over on Father's Day and my son is going to cook a brisket on my Pit Boss but I think I will use the gas side with the griddle top to make these as an appetizer before everyone eats. Looking amazing!
