i plan on eating a packet and a bit of dried figs today. only pure water urine and figs up until 3.00pm....the dried figs with lettuce...then at 9.00pm more figs lettuce fresh figs and some blackberries. the weather not too good here today but will try and go for a long walk. not feeling confident at all about tomorrow but will give it my best shot.
