where your attention goes, energy flows, if you have cancer, investing energy into worrying and confirming that you have it is only going to keep that in your reality, have to embody creation and visualization to push that cancer out of reality, self perception is almost everything from how i know it

When I went to therapy like 2 yrs ago bc of relationship problems and I felt like my problems never went away and sometimes maybe made it worse. And only 2 years later, I expanded my consciousness and realized that just embodying a desired identity is all there is to it lol. I was making my problems worse by talking about it to other people and making it the center focus of my life. I have other shit I want to experience than this.
