Naranthan in bethanchowk about 20 km from banepa on road to the base and a hike of about 3 hours is a perfect place. #visitnepal2020

For me my menstruation is just like peeing and washing. Not a big deal. It is so absurd to say I will go to visit outside though I might urinate or defecate later. No need to say in public. None has fought for me. I am strong enough to fight for myself . No iNgo and ngo needed for me
