Thank you for doing it anyway! I'm proud of you Sis, and these look great!!! What was the texture like? I think slicing the dough, adding the filling, then rolling, results in the prettiest buns.

Thank You! I was thinking the same thing to slice the dough first so that I get the right proportions. These were intimidating. The texture was soft and slightly doughy. I could have let them cook longer but I was afraid to burn them. Im going to try again with the method you suggested for sure.
