You can but need to keep few things in mind while using. Check for sugar and also dairy creamer might make the dough slightly looser compared to milk powder. Start with less liquid (water or milk) when forming the dough and add gradually as needed.

Cook it on low flame so that the excess moisture evaporates, while ur on it add milk power little by little that’ll also help to absorb the excess moisture.

Definetly u can refer this quantity 1/2 liter full fat milk 150 Gm sugar 50gm cashew nuts 1/2 tsp vanilla Boil the milk until it reduces then add sugar and dissolve it… then you can add the cashew powder… just make sure that the dough is not sticky

I’m so sorry to hear that! This happens due to overcooking. While adding the milk powder, cashews and vanilla essence the flame needs to be off. And when adding the milk turn on the flame and keep it very low. Very little milk needs to be added just so that a dough is formed. Overcooking crystallized the sugar.
