It’s a beautiful design. I would suggest adapting it to zero step and add sustainability features to transform it into a high value home. Solar panels, rain catchment system, passive house elements, and geothermal energy could take this to another level, result in life cycle cost savings, and protect our environment.

Well, this is absolutely stunning! I would add a two-stall garage to the right side, switching the window in the side wall of the foyer with a door from the new garage. I think this is a perfect home for a retired couple! It’s compact, but gives you everything you need once you add the garage. Never underestimate the value a woman places on an attached garage until you have to struggle to get yourself and your wheelchair out of the car in the pouring rain and then to have to drag in bags and bags of groceries. Even without the wheelchair, I am confident most women would say yes to an attached garage as a “must have”.

Es perfecta. Lo único que me habría gustado es que del lado Este y Norte de la construcción hubiera al menos 2 metros de espacio, para que se pudiera caminar al rededor de toda la casa y decorar con plantas. It's perfect. The only thing I would have liked is that on the East and North sides of the property they had left at least 2 meters of space so that one could walk around the entire house, and decorate the side and back of the property with plants.

Some wonderful aspects; but I was surprised to see a gas hob and disappointed to see the kitchen sink facing a wall. A "spare room" would be really nice (especially as the laundry/utility looks quite generous). A second loo (for visitors and emergencies!) would also be good 🤣. The entrance may as well be enclosed to give even more insulation too. Thank you for the ideas!

Love the house and could live in it in a heartbeat. I live somewhere like that in the winter but I feel with two people, you need an away space - where do I go for peace when my husband is watching formula one? I have a covered porch in a warm climate where I can escape to. Also, I would dearly love a second bathroom.

its by "tropic design"... in the tropics there is no need for a furnace and the mini split AC and water heater are normally mounted on an exterior wall.

My couch would need a hideabed, two more rooms so 3 altogether bedrooms. Beautiful simple design. My favorite part is the stovetop facing the living space and tv, and attached dining table. I prefer inclusion, and everybody hangs out in the kitchen anyway if you’re a good cook. I love to bbq and entertain. I’m sure you can design anything🙏🏻🌟🌟🌟❤️

Como persona con problemas sensoriales, y de cierta forma obligada a cocinar, prefiero estar sola en la cocina. Sola con mis ruidos, ya sea música o podcast. Ya odio los ruidos ajenos. Personas de la casa, que no encuentran un lugar mejor para estar. Ni sé pensar con mucho ruido y movimiento. 😢
