@Tel Aviv Dimaagh kay dahi na banaa. This is my last explanation about the fact of Biryani. A food of Biryani type came in INDIA with Mughals and their troops that was a common food Persian called "Pilaf". (Rice and Meat dish with light spices and yogurt). It is same as PULAO in India & Pakistan. When Mughal troops came to India and stayed here permanently they loved to cook the Rice and Meat dish that they found in Persia. Here they found a different kind of Rice (Basmati) that was longer and Aromatic than Persian rice so they started cooking Rice and Meat dish with Basmati in India. The word BIRYANI is derived from biryan or beriyan (Persian: بریان). So Mughal adopted that persian word and finally gave a unique name "BIRYANI" for Basmati Rice and Meat dish with spices for their troops first and then they used super Bawarchis to develop and develop to make it delicious and more delicious. So todays Biryani is invented by MUGHALS and developed by Mughals first and further developed by Indian people. Ab apni Taassub ki Ainak itar aur sach ko Sooikaar kar.

Tried this biryani, although not chatpatty (as the other ones typically are with qorma) but was tasty. Like always my “cook” is the best cook. The day I found you on utube was the day I stopped looking for cooking recipes. Now I follow you for everything I make and I vow by your recipes. I don’t think I could have found anyone better than you to learn how to cook. I honestly appreciate all of the effort you put into making these videos. Literally aajkal har biryani mein log tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves daal dete hai. Biryanis are completely different from one region to another and we should know it. Thanks for sharing

But it's not authentic. Tomato, green chili, red dried chilis is not native to Asia. If you want to use you can use fresh long pepper or fresh black pepper, both taste similar to green chili when they are fresh.

Sir thank you for the recipe . I had a few doubts . Step 2 notes mein you have mentioned 2 glasses of water ,but , preparation k time mein aap neh water ka mention nai kiya hai. Doubt 2 . Step 2 mein in notes you have mentioned lime juice and salt ,but preparation ki time mein aapne na saly ya like ka use kiya hai in step 2. Please check and advice 🙏

Its not 2 Glasses of water. Its 1 cup first. Then 1 Glass (12 Oz) if meat is hard and needs help of water to be tendered 100%. If meat is soft then only 1 cup of water when mention in instructions.

INTRODUCTION OF MUGHLAI ZAFRANI BIRYANI Friend today again a Perfect Biryani, but its not SPICY biryani rather its traditional MUGHLAI ZAFRANI BIRYANI from centuries. Specialty in making this biryani is that no kind of ground spices like chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, Fennel seed powder or coriander powder are used to cook this biryani. No green coriander, green mint or green chili are used. BUT still popularity of this biryani from 15th century to 1990s was number 1 among all biryanis. Then era of Internet came in our lives and people knew the recipes of SINDHI biryani, Hyderabadi biryani and Bombay Biryani which are made by using lot of SPICES. So Spicy Biryani introduced in Delhi and Karachi and because of SPICY TASTE became very popular in people. But still Mughlai Biryani ( Also called Plain Biryani or Yellow White Rice Biryani) has a high level in all kinds of biryanis. To cook this traditional biryani only whole spices are used with salt and results a Delicious BIRYANI. You saw lot of videos on youtube named Mughlai Biryani, but non of them are Mughlai because all of them are made with ground and whole spices which is totally wrong. Lets make together.

Mughlai Cuisine is totally North Indian Cuisine. It has nothing to do with Mongolia. North Indian Cuisine was supported by Mughal Empires who always loved the North Indian foods. So when we say MUGHLAI it means North Indian Cuisine. Hope you understand

Mughal Pulao bhi like kartay thay aur Biryani bhi. Dononn kam masalay wali hoti theen. Teh wali biryani kehlati thi aur baghair teh wali pulao kehlati thi.

Agree. I thought he is the principal of my school 😀. The receipe is also meh....! Unscribered this channel. Not worth the time especially when he used the food color. There are other alternate healthy substitute. In old times, they did not have food coloring. But he argues that's how they used to make in mughal times. Lmao!

kafi saare dost mujhe kehte hai ki bhai tumhare Lucknow ki Biryani khilao. toh mai unse kehta hoon ki jab hamare Lucknow mai biryani ki recipe izad kar lega koi.. tab jaroor khilayenge. tab tak aap Lucknow ka khushbudaar gosht ka pulao nosh farmaye.
