Tomato 1kg
Dried Plum 50gms
Ginger 3inches
Garlic 10cloves
Green Chillies 8pcs
Potato 1kg
Salt 2tbs for korma
Red Chilli powder 4tbs
Turmeric Powder 1/2tbs
Coriander Powder 1tbs
Use whole spices:
Cumin whole 2tbs
Black Pepper Corns whole 2tbs
Cinamon Sticks whole 4pcs
Green Cardamom whole 10pcs
Star Anise Whole 2flower
Grinde these spices:
Cumin 3tbs
Nutmeg small piece
Mace 3small pieces
Cinamon stricks 4
Oil 125gms for dum
Lemon Slices 3lemons
Green Mint Leaves
Green Coriander Leaves
For Boiling Rice: (Boil 80 Percent)
Sella Rice 2.5kg
