So the intruder was a caring person who wanted them to be well rested, complimented johns company but said they dont like the country he served, spoke 6 times that Jb would die and gave them only one instance where they may get her alive, almost emphasizing that there was no chance of getting her back alive, and yet made no mention at all that they're sorry they took her on Christmas day? I mean they seemed concerned about everything else, about them being exhausted, and asking them to be well rested when they were sleeping anyways? Why would anybody say don't try to grow a brain john? Kidnappers usually say, please dont try to out smart us, or do not thing you can have it your way, but don't try to grow a brain seems personal and intimate even, just like a wife speaking to her husband..

About the father suspiciously going directly to the basement when asked to searched again. ... It's like his own hunch as a father and a intellectual being. Its just like when you lost something of your own or that's dearly attached to you and it's like you feel where it is. There was no break in that happened, and they know and they were the ones who tuck their child in that night. As a father and an owner of the house, he'd know directly which part is most hidden.

It also helps when you know your child's body is hidden in your wine cellar and you just need to "find" it to try to make yourself look innocent.

@dhom100 Well, I have read in several accounts that JR took off at 10 and didn't come back til 11 or so. They were never able to ascertain where he was or what he was doing. As far as the pineapple, Patsy said that she didn't know where it came from yet her and Burkes fingerprints were on the bowl and spoon. Jonbenet's were not. Why did she say that she didn't know where it came from? This is one of those little blurbs that point to an attempt to hide facts.

It's fair to consider bed wetting in general. But this little victim appeared to have a reason. I watched one stage display in her latter life, where unlike others, she had anxiety very prevalent. Something is gross and wrong about this child's death.

Why did John Ramsey call his pilot to try to fly out of town after discovering the body? Also, does that ransom note have a feminine touch? What kidnapper cautions you to be "well rested" before delivering the ransom money? Weird.

very true because there was no forced entry into the house and the ransom note was almost an identical match to her mother's hand writing to the note which said $118.000 which is what the father got from his job no kidnapper would be on point as to how much money you have

+Henry Westin Why would a kidnapper write a ransom note knowing that the child is already dead in the basement? How come it took them so long to find their daughters dead body in their own house? The Boulder PD hired 2 private handwriting analysts & they also took the note to the Secret Service for 2 of Their experts, all 4 said NO Ramsey wrote the note. The Ramsey’s attorneys also hired 2 of the best in the country & both said the same. A few of the letters had the formation Similar to the formation of Some of Patsy’s letters because that’s how it was SET UP To BE. The letter formations were Not the only aspect that told the Real experts that NO Ramsey was involved in the writing of that Ridiculous note. And, the public have Never SEEN Patsy’s actual writing. From the 1st week of 1997 til 2007, DNA testing was done at 3 separate labs. Within the 1st Two Weeks, the results of DNA testing were back - from under both of JB’s pinkie fingernails - Unknown male DNA, mixed with JonBenet’s DNA. Steve Thomas & his cronies kept this vital result from the DA for 7 months & so of course, the public too. The same Steve Thomas who had Never worked a murder case before but later went on to Pretend that he was lead detective & he still does. Two spots of blood were in the underpants but that was Never tested. Steve Thomas got around the office constantly talking about the book he was going to write. It wasn’t until the grand jury were to convene when the Ramsey’s attorneys found out about the 2 spots of blood & the DA finally ordered that to be tested. The blood was JBs plus Unknown male DNA being saliva mixed in one spot of the blood. This DNA from an unknown male wasn’t developed enough for CODIS at that stage. Desperate Thomas worked Very hard to keep the Fact that there was now Two lots of Unknown male DNA evidence, from the media & so from the public domain. The BPD were ‘leaking’ false & misleading information to the media from the very beginning & the frenzy continued. Eventually the BPD were made to Publicly apologise for doing this to the family but This Fact has been forgotten/not known about by the general public. The BPD’s cops Should have found JB early that morning, though a Search for her was never carried out as it was a Ransom note. Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. Two of them went around the exterior at separate times early that morning, one with a flashlight. Both failed to see those windows under the grate where one was clearly broken at the top section, being a gaping hole. That broken window was Not where the perps got in the house, but That is Not the point. The investigators Present refused to target the Ramseys but unfortunately Steve Thomas was brought into the case 3 days later & his goal was to make a name for himself. 18 months later he illegally took evidence material from the BPD, snuck off on a ruse & then resigned on national TV, an act that was unheard of in law enforcement history. Of course, the reading of his Pathetic letter blaming the DA for his Own failings, was his Marketing Ploy for his book of BS, blaming Patsy because of a notepad & he commenced book tours. He was promptly sued for that book of Lies, but soo many have forgotten about or don’t know about That, either. He garnered money from the public for his defence but come time for court, he refused to get on the stand to back his ‘Story’. The case was settled out of court & he lost every cent of the hundreds of thousands of dollars he made from that book. The investigation Continued with a bevy of actual Seasoned private investigators who had full integrity & worked tirelessly Unpaid to catch the highly sadistic killers of this child & at the same time, they hoped to save another. Very few know about a libel case in 2003 - Wolf vs Ramsey, where Federal Court Judge Carnes got to go over the evidence known about at that stage. Carne declared the Ramseys factually innocent due to the 'Abundance of evidence that pointed to an intruder'. All can read that 93 page document online. She also had quite a bit to say about Steve Thomas in relation to his role as a police officer & about some of the BS in his book. She was particularly incensed about him stating a time of death for JB when he was not a doctor nor a pathologist. He made up a time of death to suit his own agenda & for that book, being for, his own financial gain. Carne was also quite scathing in relation to Cina Wong who tried to present evidence about that note when Wong had no qualifications to call herself a writing analyst let alone an expert & she never had the original copy of the note. There was No basis for that case to go forward to trial so Wolf lost. Pages showing fake writing As If Patsy’s writing ‘samples’ & As If from police files, continue to appear on vids about this case. The pages are all Fake. Wong put out a video of course, showing a whiteboard with samples of the letters from the note down columns & letters Next to those, exactly the same, As If Patsy wrote those letters, it’s all Fake. Every man & his dog has been out to make Money off the back of this high profile crime. The Ramseys & Lots of suspects, including known pedos, were Cleared by the DNA. The DNA from the 1st unknown male that was under her pinkie fingernail plus his Saliva in one spot of her blood in the big underpants, was developed & has been in CODIS since 2003. The FBI’s national database only accepts Qualified DNA. Further testing in 2007 - Same unknown male’s DNA at 2 places on the waistband of the long-johns, on the inside & outside there, being pulled up/down. The Ramseys were finally Exonerated publicly & Officially in 2008 due to All the evidence that Showed someone Was in the house, over 200 pieces of, Plus the DNA from that unknown male, that had also cleared John Mark Karr in 2006, who said he did it. Take note of that Year. Next testing in 2016 with Advanced forensics - 2 male DNA on the long-johns, one is hispanic. The other is a white guy, Seen crossing the Ramsey’s backyard after they left for the White’s Xmas dinner. This was reported & newsworthy at the time. All the false & misleading information given to the media by the BPD did push this vital piece of Evidence under the rug. Then all the books of BS with all the versions of Whatever, took the case into a whole new level & the never ending same old same old False information continues with many making up New false information for the titillation factor. Years down the track James Kolar was in the office of the DA, Mary Lacy, for a very short time & was Fired. He also ran off to write His book of BS & blamed Burke because he needed new fodder. Like Steve Thomas, Kolar had Never worked a murder case either. His ‘Story’ was so ludicrous, no publisher would touch it. He had to pay to self-publish & to very poor sales. He was & still is, just Another con artist & Proven Liar. Then CBS heard the sound of Kerching & that Bogus ‘show’ was aired in 2016, predominately blaming Burke & that’s why Kolar was on there like a Snake in the grass. NOBODY would try to disguise their handwriting - by Handwriting 3 pages of 365 words & numbers as a ransom note plus use their Own notepad & use their Own marker & then put both of those items near the phone For The COPS. There is something seriously Wrong with all those who believe Patsy did That! More than one Incompetent cop had moron syndrome so this case was Never going to be solved.. The 2nd Commander put in charge of the BPD by the name of Mark Beckner, was put in place in December 1997. He eventually found some integrity & publicly stated in 2015, words to the effect - “when the owner of the DNA is found, there’s your killer”. *All highly ignorant Ramsey bashers need to get this Very Clear - You Do NOT Know Better than some of the Best investigators in the country or the Expert crime scene techs or the Top forensic scientists or the FBI or the Secret Service or the DAs or the Federal Court Judge or John Douglas or Lou Smit or Ollie Grey OR the Boulder PD, who, for Many Years & to this day Also state that the Ramseys - ARE Innocent.* The Boulder PD issued a statement via the media - 1st May, 2022. Go find that online & read it Slowly. Last December a cold case team were put together by the Colorado Bureau of Investigation & they’re on the job. They also have the go-ahead to have both intruders DNA reanalysed with the advanced technology & can have untested evidence items from the BPD’s dungeon, to be analysed with same. The FBI are involved with this investigation, finally. One can only hope that this cold case team will have Integrity. And, that none will be after a book deal like certain officers from before, who are Totally responsible for every single Unfounded accusation against all Ramsey family members that goes on & on still to this day for No sound reason At All. The government are Not spending Loads of $$ going after the Proven INNOCENT Ramseys.

when I first read the story, I had thought that the family actually knows something because of the actions or things they might have said that made them suspicious and become suspects,but then I thought I was actually wrong. They were rich,and Mr. Ramsey could pay anyone to have some pleasures of himself. And they have hired people just to solve the case and locate the perpetrator and offered amounts of money.

When I first saw a picture of JonBenet and then read about how they were religious I thought, how odd to have her little daughter training for this beauty stuff and wearing make up at such a young age. I smelled a rat right then. I wondered if there was sexual abuse and it had to be covered up otherwise they would lose their standing in the community. Then they find the semen and her violent death. Tragic. Any other perpetrator would be on death row.
@rehnigstan
@rehnigstan 12 жыл бұрын
Whether it says it in this movie or not, there was never any semen found on the body. There was a substance that was at first presumed to be semen, but lab analysis would later show it to be blood or another bodily substance (this is from the book by Steve Roberts, who was eventually one of the lead detectives on the case.) The sexual violation that the child suffered could have been caused by a male or female.

@lovepink1214 Not only that, but I also believe that the murder reenactment would have been too gruesome for film makers to show. From viewing autopsy photos, the autopsy report and reading several books on the case, we have a good ides of what happened. She was strangled and bashed over the head. As to exactly how it happened, when it happened, and who did it, that we don't know.

Got it!!! Here's my theory: The murder scene was staged . Remember the little girl was so happy with her Christmas bike cycle 🚴 . What if, the contusion came from an outside fall; from her bike. But the little girl never told her parents or complained about the fall. Because the little girl adrenaline was so, high( excitement ) by riding her knew bike. She does not pass out. After she fall. So, She gets back on the bike and ignore the pain. We all know, how kids can become hurt. But do not tell their parents. Now, imagine that entire day of her life. Although the little girl has an unknown internal fracture of the skull. To her, it was just a fall. Then imagine the two kids pushing each other. Especially during a childhood rival. So, Imagine the other child pushing the little girl Because of something. and the little girl is push hard to a floor an she hits her head again. That would trigger the contusion; She received outside from riding her bike. But this time, her adrenaline is not as high. So, the little girl, pass out. The other child. Calls: for the mom. The mom, Try wakening the child on the floor. But the child has no response. So, the mother panics! Because She doesn't know how to resuscitate her child. ( That would explain the mom words: Why cant god bring her back) So, now, the mother is in a panic mold. Screaming: What am I going to do. My baby is dead!" So, She looks at the other child, in a traumatic crying mold. So, the mother ask herself: What am I going to do?? while repeating: "My child is dead!" at that moment: She' caught her breath. Then, look at the other child. While thinking, about the consequences her other child could face. So, The mother calls in a kidnapping plot to 911, and stage the murder of her little girl. End of story. The mother did not kill her child. She stage her little girl. and save the other, from the cruelty, of the real world.

@bashfulbrother you're right and John Ramsey later admitted he made mistakes. but I understand how they must've felt. they were distraught and couldn't think straight. most people would've done what he did. let the authorities handle it. but in this case, according to the ransom note, they were being watched. so maybe Jonbenet was still alive until they called 911. then they killed her and ran off. that house is too big and has too many trees around it.

I am also starting to believe it too. They hired the biggest lawyers, and Pr agencies money can buy. They had a plane ready to take off no sooner the body was found. There was a video i watched where the guy speaking said that the neighbors saw John leave the home and return by 2 am in the morning. Whats not to say that they called a family doctor who is bound by patient/doctor confidentiality to ascertain Jb's health and when he told them she was brain dead and may never make it, they took things into their own hands and john drove out to a public restroom like the guy on the video i said watched, found a random pubic hair, dumped the duct tape and rope far away leaving patsy to write the ransom note. might be why the pad and pen were still in the house but not the duct tape. Also they were very family with the recently concluded OJ Simpson trial that was also thrown out because of DNA evidence. Thats where they could've gotten the idea that unknown DNA will throw the police off their trail. or they could have even hired someone to give his dna and leave the country.. i mean if they had the money to buy two air crafts they surely had the money to get away with murder.

I don't think they were expecting people to focus on the body so much instead of the case. Besides, to me... it looks like this movie was made on a low budget...

I'm not saying it was the father, because obviously i don't know. But it was a bit suspicious how he went straight to the basement when being asked to look around. And if he didn't kill her, why did he pick her up and carry her upstairs, probs because he thought if they found his fingerprints etc... on her they'd think it was from when he carried her, not killed her. But of course however, he could have just panicked and parental instincts kicked in which is fair enough. Thats just my opinion.

this case is like that here in mexico there, the parents and family members entered the house and could not see evidence that there were people there, which seems funny q to copy this event for them to do something with her daughter.

@dhom100 Oh, I agree that the stress of the moment would most certainly color your responses. I have no problem with that. The biggest problem is that even after the initial stress had passed they still refused to disclose the truth. There were obvious discrepancies between their declarations and the facts at the scene. John R disappeared for an hour between 10 - 11 on the day of the discovery. I don't think to this point he has revealed where he was and what he was doing. The pineapple?

@dhom100 They may have been cooperative for about 2 hours but their attorney friend told them the day of the discovery that they should be using attorneys and they clammed up. All I can say is that if it were my child and I wasn't guilty of something I would be phoning the police every hour and totally compliant with their wishes. No matter how it's played here something stinks with the Ramseys.

@crazygurl1139 I know, I'm not blaming the father. I'm just saying i think it was a bit suspicious. My opinion. And I did say about him just being a parent and just panicking and stuff. But for all we know he could have known she was dead, people cane be pretty good liars. That's just my opinion And I completely agree, the police etc... were stupid and didn't handle the case with care.

@bashfulbrother ok but still doesn't mean they lied. put yourself in their shoes. when you just lost your daughter, your mind is racing and can't express your thinking coherently. so I understand how difficult it was for them to get the story straight. they didn't know she was dead. they only knew she was missing. their instinct was to call the police; that's what any loving parent would've done. let the authorities handle it. what are the discrepancies? John R gone for an hour??

@bashfulbrother again I think it was tragic moment that made it hard for them to get story straight. and also police was trying to convict them. I would be pissed if police consider me as suspect in killing my own child. I for one don't have that in me. any loving parent would be pissed.

i just putting this out there but the bed wetting is a sign of sexual abuse in alot of cases. the kids get nervous in the presence of the abuser. the autospy found evidence of harm done to her vaginal area consistent with sexual abuse.

@Xxnadia85xX New DNA tests have cleared all family members as suspects, the results show she was murdered by an unknown male, so yeah they have managed to do that. When I posted that comment, I didn't realize DNA show they were innocent, I was just expressing my opinion.

Actually, 6 DNA mixed profiles found on her... 5male, 1female... Could have come from ANYWHERE... ANYONE... The DNA is touch... This is NOT a DNA case. The killers knew exactly how to clean the scene. Pedophiles have a cleaners who pick up, clean up and stage... These cults are bigger than any other.. Boulder had the BIGGEST group at the time. 136 Reg Sex offenders lived in Boulder at the time. It was Pedophileville. Still is actually.
