Nice coating. I could never use different coloured flights though... I'd be too focused on which dart is hitting and missing the target (although it would be easier to identify a stunt dart 😅😅😅) Great review as always Darren!

Very nice darts, but this player deserves a manufacturer who is able to put blue and red coating on the same dart. The darts would surely be even more popular with all Palace supporters ... After all, the shafts are CRYSTAL clear! Great video as always Darren!

Darryl's flight color preference seems to be 2 red and 1 blue ... P9 maybe got it backwards? The electric blue on the barrel paired with the blue flights is sharp.

Hi Darryl . Nice looking dart except for the advertising center section which is unmilled of course ! Do you think the colouring , whatever process is used to do the colouring , actually helps grip . I am in two minds about that and since any outer surface with colouring will be damaged pretty damn quick is there any purpose to colouring . Down in any milling , away from likely damage , a bit of colour is fine , but on the outsides , hmm . My own darts are entirely black , well , there are some yellow rings , but I am not sure the black makes for a better grip . Only the bull nose area ' paint ' has been completely removed I admit , but there are a few chips elsewhere . What do you think of the various finishes ?

I'm Darren, Darryl is the darts lol! The coatings sometimes can help grip but it really depends on how sensitive the person is to it, I often find gold ti is best for adding a little grip but I think apart from looking good the coatings help the tungsten a little too as it fills in all the micro holes we cant see and just adds a layer of hardness but it will wear eventually. Some coatings can feel slippy though, I have felt some black coatings that were kind of glossy feeling and some had a dry feel, so may just depend on the way its done?

Whoops , sorry Darren ! I aught to know by know . I am in two minds about 'paint' finishes for sure , Maybe you are right ... hiding flaws ! A decent sand , or whatever blast material , would give a grip and hide flaws ?! @@DartsReviewChannel

@@davidyendoll5903 not exactly flaws, its the way tungsten is when mixed with other metals, there is tiny micro holes we cant see, the coating helps fill in those holes but we are talking tiny microns of thickness :)
