This is one of the best AOR/Melodic rock albums I have purchased in a long time. All around great band. Also, the way this album was mixed, engineered and recorded, should be the benchmark by which all albums are done. Clear, polished full sound. The 'separation' of the instruments, vocals are clear, and acoustically vibrant. Perfect Plan...PLEASE ! continue to make great albums like this one.

For me personally, this is the best Perfect Plan tune I've heard. Love the riffs giving this tune some edge to it. I liked the debut album but it wish it had more edge and a slightly heavier overall vibe. This is exactly the kind of song I'd want to hear. Nice!

Trevor Shea, To be fair, I’ve only heard their songs that got airplay back in the day (Eye of the Tiger, for example). Perhaps delving deeper into their music, I’d find songs more to my taste? I’ve got all of Perfect Plan’s published songs playing on iTunes right now. They remind me a little of Foreigner and Boston, with the additional instruments, and the Scorpions’ style, with a bit of Shooting Star (the keyboards). Does Survivor have any hard rocking songs? I’ll take a listen.

This video helps explain why this band sounds like an encapsulation of all that was great about music from the 80's. These guy look like seasoned veterans who are now crafting absolutely exception songs. Their first album was amazing. The re-makes were alright. Perhaps tributes to their idols. This song shows an evolution from their first release as they branch out from the purely 80's sound. I hope this is a band that stays together for a while!
