Basically you cut thin potato slices then soke it (in cold water I assume) for 15 minutes and then cook it for 7 minutes and add some cheese powder

I chop them using a large knife idk what it is called instead of a grater. Deep fry them twice or when i still have my oven, i bake them. Baking them is much better than frying imho.
