That crust on the prime rib looks absolutely incredible! Achieving a crispy exterior while keeping the inside perfectly tender is key. 🔥🤤

Sorry Laura! I agree with the garlic and rosemary with salt and pepper prep. The mustard is a no go. I perfer to smoke my prime rib at 225 Deg F in a wood pellet smoker at 30 to 40 minutes per pound with a internal temp of 125 Deg F. I always use Pecan wood pellets to smoke with. I have never had any guest complaints and they always ask for more. Love your channel.

It does look gorgeous, but it's huge. What is the smallest piece of meat this recipe would still work with?
@DinanBMWm513 сағат бұрын
Any size would work. Just adjust the cooking time accordingly.

As a variation, stud a beef roast with cloves, garlic, rosemary and S&P. I know it's not a ham but, try it. Try it with a round or sirloin roast first to see what you think. Yes, medium rare also. You can thank me by inviting me to dinner.

Gonna try this out with a side of your green bean casserole and mashed potatoes…. I made your green bean casserole ( with homemade fried onion) for ThanksGiving and it was a HUGE hit.. never EVER using canned mushroom soup as long as i live 😂

This is the fourth KZbin notification I’ve received within a week regarding prime rib recipes. Is there a prime rib season or something? This is weird.
@MrMnmn91114 сағат бұрын
Yes. Prime Rib Roast is equally a family dinner that many people choose, similar to turkey, for the holidays. Many retailers will also have the bone-in and boneless rib roasts on sale...the same as sale prices on turkeys.
@ashleys465214 сағат бұрын
Not weird, totally normal. Prime Rib is a traditional holiday and special occasion cut of meat. Thats why many grocery stores have sales on it at this time of year.
@DinanBMWm514 сағат бұрын
Yes, thanksgiving dinner you do turkey, Christmas dinner is prime rib.
@ashleys465214 сағат бұрын
I think it looks overcooked. But that's just me.

Omg people! Just because YOU like your roasted meat “rare” it doesn’t make Laura’s “wrong” just make it the way YOU like! Not everyone likes it the same 🤦🏻♀️

It's a travesty to overcook a beautiful cut of meat like that.

That’s literally a matter of taste, my friend. To me that looks perfect 😋

Medium rare to medium, this looks medium well....Eat a steak if you want it that done.
@LauraintheKitchen13 сағат бұрын
Its not. Its medium rare, the outside will always be more cooked than the center, its unavoidable
