I find that trimming these planes by flying in the air, flipping to manual then landing and squeezing the pushrods to fly straight instead of the controller button works well for me. The controller forgets trim settings every time you disconnect it to swap batteries. If you take the time to trim like how i mentioned you can also fly on one controller perfectly fine multiple planes. I had my p51 and f4u on one controller trimmed mechanically and i could flip to manual and you couldn't tell instantly like stock. Managed to fly in manual mode for 10 minutes straight with the p51 but its not stress free😅. I noticed on my airelons they like to be trimmed offset for the engine torque a bit and i moved them to the lowest control horn hole for smoother control in manual mode and more scale flying in beginner. In mid mode the elevator is 100% on or off, but you have linear control in beginner and manual so i stay away from mid

Our old p-51's always remembered that we trimmed them on the controller even if we were using a diffrent remote. But ever since these new planes came out we had to manualy trim them because as you siad they would forget. Not sure how/why they changed that but as long as the plane flies i'm happy lol

okay i dont wanna be that guy,but the model is wrong,this plane is a MK 9 but features a three bladed prop instead of a four bladed one? im sorry but it makes my head hurt (im a bit of a perfectionist) otherwise nice model and video

Most of these mini planes are not perfect. Our corsair is also a bit wonky. I have gotten used to t tho and like it very much

alright ima be straight up honest good video but this rc plane is a really cheap model (yes ik its 100$) but i feel as if youre going into the rc community at least buy a decent plane and know what youre talking about

we have an EDF F15 and A Warthog. And we are definitely planning on buying more big planes. The problem we have is that we have no big flying fields near us and the closest ones are at least a 30min drive away. So the best deal for us is these mini planes. Also these planes are good for fun projects like the aircraft carrier that we built as the 1000 special (still waiting to come out)

@@PlaneX20 you dont need a field to fly at. i have several stol/bush planes that i can takeoff and fly in my driveway which has many trees and obstacles

@@PlaneX20 one single stol plane with everything included costs 270$ which you couldve spent which makes you able to fly every single day instead of spending 530$ on multiple rc planes which youre barely able to fly. not to mention how much larger and fun to fly the stol plane would be
