Perfect save file challenge - Final Fantasy XII: The zodiac Age

I'm going for perfect save file with max amount of every item, perfect hp/mp values and all around 100% completion.
Perfect hp and mp requires staying at level 1 until everyone joins the party, so i can manipulate their stat gains upon level up. I can however level penelo at the start as she is only temporarily in the party. Right now i'm taking advantage of that opportunity to grind Lp, gil and items.
Vaan is equipped with firefly to avoid exp gain.
