@@Avemarianow I am showing how to make starter dough in this video. I am using one cup of room temperature water, 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of homemade yeast, (if you do not have homemade yeast use 1 package of dry yeast. ) also add 5-6 tablespoons of flour. Combine everything together and let it rest about 10-15 minutes. Please follow the video for the full information. Thanks for your question. I will make a video how to make homemade yeast. Hi Laila! The key is to be patient. I let it rise until the next day, but I was busy and couldn’t make it the next day and put it in the fridge and it proofed for 2 days. I was rushing to bake and did not wait for it to proof again after I shaped it. I should have waited. It turned out very good, but not what I wanted. Rushing doesn’t help. Good luck. @@margaretlalikskitchen3552 hi so glad you got back to me I tried one last night , but did not rise when I put in the fridge may be the problem is the yeast. Do you have a video showing how you make the sourdough starter?

@@lailakassardjian3035 hi Laila! Take it out of the fridge and let it rise. You have to be patient. Stretch the dough and let it rise. I show it on my video. Please watch the video.
