@@DojoOutfitters Would love to but 3 lower back surgeries and 1 cervical spine surgery kind of cut that short. LOL ! Now I just toss a 90 lb grappling dummy a few times per week. Just stinks because I can't really force it to move like you can a liver person but It'll have to do. Thanks again for your video. Learned a lot.

Great details on this throw. Are these both variations on the o soto gari? Since, I was told and taught uke should only be standing on the leg tori sweeps away before executing the throw. If uke is still standing on both legs the throw would seem to be less effective? Just curious.
