yeah, but where is the starting weights for us old guys,,,I am 70yrs old...I shovelled 25 truckloads of dirt last year and put on 5 inches on my chest..I worked hard all my life..I did weight training in my young days at home,,got toned are still toned..now I have the Masters urge...I have one year to go from zero to 85kg snatch and 100kg C&J...I have done three sessions starting with bar and 5kg, and then bar 5kg and then bar and 15kg, and I am sore in the legs, torso is ok..Should I be uppimng the weights every two weeks, or should I be doing your heavy weights lesser reps..to get to the 100kg
