I think something changed with the way KZbin does subtitles? Before fans could submit their own translated versions of subtitles but KZbin doesn’t allow that anymore so whoever was translating for him can’t do it. At least that’s what I’ve heard, take it with a grain of salt Edit: after a day or so I came back to check if the subtitles were back and they are showing up for me now, maybe the subtitles just take a little time after the video goes up
