He wasn't even mean, his only mistake was using all caps. Being pushy is something Deputies and Prosecutors usually do. Being rude and annoying for no reason should be reportable offence, though, even if you're Jest (I'd even say ESPECIALLY if you're Jest).

I think the vigi achievement coming after the game is for the fringe scenarios where, say, a vigi shoots a cleric that selfed, then later, they get attacked and forged as a jest. That probably happens like once a year, but it would still be unfair if achievement gives away a forge.

Yeah the achievement would confirm the alignment of the three people you shot. That would give an advantage just for that game, so it makes sense that it needs to pop afterwards.

Pipe saying emotion is a big factor reminds me of a play I made back in ToS 1, back when retributionists traded their life to bring back a dead player. I was Godfather and Retri had revived a BG and the only other player left was mayor. The revived BG was super pissed and was talking in all caps spamming messages telling the mayor he was an idiot because the bg had been revived by retri. I casually and calmly say “You know why I’m the BG and not him? Because I’m not trying so hard to convince you.” The BG got hanged and I killed mayor. My friend who was the retri in that game was super pissed that I pulled that off

@@Enzym3 Bers is only getting 1-2 kills a night. A threat, but a slow one that you have a few turns before they become critical, and importantly, you KNOW he was the Bers. Plague/baker/Death can decimate a lot more at once. And if they had a 3 apoc game (like they did) and 2 of them popped at once, that could be game over as they take the 50 and hit Pest, letting Death end the game at the end of that day. If they lynched the Bers there, now they have 2 immunes to take a 50/50 shot on which was Death when death popped out that following turn. 100% leaving the bers for last was the right call if there was anyone else sus.

Yeah, bers kills only 1-2 towns per night (excluding first night), but that’s significantly worse than 0 up until D4, and then 1 person or rarely 2 people per night. And 50/50? You’re forgetting jailor can exe 4 killing 2 apocalypses, while 14 and pipton shoot 3, plus the CL claiming no vm, makes three the major suspect for death with no other sus. Sure it would be the same result, but it’s a better and cleaner game. Only downside is pipe would have to wait for another chance at shooting 3 non-town.

Pro Tip: as exe, select a DCer (assuming there is one) N1… they will die and night 2 you get to repick based on who you thing will be hung d3 from d2s information

That Exe achievement against mayor should be easy in a TT mode, but should be doable with either Cov or Apoc majority in all any. ToS2 Exe feels much harder for me for some reason... People are getting better at scum reads or I'm just getting worse.

Every vigi games I have so far in ToS2, I ended up shooting townies who was acting suspicious. My last vigi game, I waited until night 4 before shooting. I whispered someone who never spoke but still voted for a claim. They didn't replied and still voted. I shot them for refusing to claim and they were also a vigi and they shot me for asking for a claim (they were mad and called me a noob)

I had my first vigi game the other day and I got the shoot 3 non-townies achievement, but town still lost. One of the people I shot was the exe and the other were coven, so I don't think they all have to die for the achievement to work.

I have a question. If a spy sees someone getting plagued, doesn't they also get plagued due to visiting and them everyone they visit also gets plagued so it shows up in every bug?

I think that’s only if the player is bugged on the same night they’re plagued. For example say 8 is bugged night 1 and nothing happens. Night 2 the spy bugs 11 and the bug on 8 triggers saying 8 got plagued but the spy was visiting 11 not 8 At least that’s my understand of how the role works. Like in my hypothetical the spy wouldn’t continue visiting 8 while also visiting/bugging other players right?
