Sick vid Jackson, I wish that sometimes I got to surf waves like that, I live on a sloppy beach break next to an awesome point break, not as good as that but on a good day there is a bajillion people out. One of you might know Dee Why point?? In Sydney’s northern beaches??

You surf better than John John did in the Olympics... I can't wait to see you rip at 17. Here's 2 challenges for you: 1. Start going left lol. Like seriously focus on your weaknesses. Self improvement is about focusing on your weakness. 2. Start surfing small Florida/Brazil sized waves. Don't get hooked on perfect waves like JJ did. You need a training session with Ítalo Ferreira, Filipe Toledo, and Gabriel Medina. Ask them and start studying them how to generate power and speed on those small waves. Do it while you're still young and little and before they see you as competition. I believe in your bro. Listen to your father 99.9999% of the time and please don't ever start smoking pot; so many surfers end up on the lazy train because of that shit. Mason Ho is one of them. Ridiculous talent wasted by the drug of procrastination, laziness, and complacency. Just keep surfing sober bro... Also, here's 2 things that you need. *It's not about heavy weight at all, it's about perfect reps:* 1: Single Leg Split Squat (15-20 rep range - with weights): kzbin.info/www/bejne/gp2ZYXh6mtKqmrM 2. The Single-Leg Squat (15-50 rep range - no weights): kzbin.info/www/bejne/oZa2q5ptgsaijLM 3. Calf Raises (20-100 rep range - no weights): kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y36XXnpupZ2Zo8U Physiologically, the muscles that you develop as a teenager is a foundation for what and how your body will be like for the rest of your life. These workouts will strengthen your knees, ass, hams, and calves. Everything that you need for your sport. Don't sleep on these exercises, trust me and incorporate them into your weekly life. Lastly, if you can... even if only once a month, start taking gymnastics. Gymnastics will put you ahead of everybody across the surfing community. It will open up tricks that have never been seen before. If I were you, I'd train 3 days a week at 2 hours per training session. You might work harder than everybody in the surfing community that is your age. You might be ahead of the pack for now, for your age group... But somewhere there is a 14 year old kid that's doing collegiate wrestling that's training 50x harder than you, putting in 10x the hours, 100x the sweat, and 200x the tears and blood. This is your competition. Not other surfers, other Olympian hopefuls at your age in other sports. Train like them. Don't train like a surfer, train like other world class athletes. Also thanks for the video. I look forward to seeing you go left on little waves.

Your best tip: Stay off pot and other chemicals. Add, study and keep brain sharp. Most of all, follow the Holy Spirit.
