All the dishes were excellent in taste and presentation. A top Cantonese restaurant in HK for sure. One exception -> if your taste bud is going after abalone, then Ah Yat at CWB Sino Plaza is still the top.

Fool Lam Moon is without doubt one of the best Cantonese-style Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong.
好似好好食啊 👍😋! I like the stuffed duck and the braised chicken the most. By the way, I hope that you will consider including English subtitles in your videos.

But after watching This place does not look impressive nor it has window view. . Just like eating facing 4 walls. The first few pages of the menu are expensive but others are just above average price. I was planning to eat at this place one day. But now I would rather go eat at 5 star hotels with view . 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I think this is considered as the remaining few serious Cantonese restaurant. So many people associate Chinese restaurant as all the same. But basically, I bet this place uses local produce and it raises the profile. This is the difference. It is just that, people in HK raise the profile too much, cos it happens to have a financial centre there. Imagine this restaurant exists in other cities, it will still be the same. Good local produce, with a restaurant to present the ingredients in the best way.
