I don't know a whole lot, but doesn't nitrogen play a part in photosynthesis? This would be needed for chlorophyll production which helps with bud and flower production. My understanding is that you're basically yelling at the plant to get it's butt in gear and push it to the max. My opinion is that the higher nitrogen is used in higher levels to force feed the plants production.Just my 2 cents. Thanks!
@morte21952 жыл бұрын
I think people are being misled by the high NPK numbers on the label. Think of Cha Ching's 9-50-10 simply as a 1-5-1. The actual amount of nutrients your plant will get depends on how much water you mix it with. Just like any other Nutrient, start with low concentrations, in this case about an eighth of a tea spoon per gallon of water. That will give you LESS nitrogen than say Tiger Bloom's pre-mixed 2-8-4.

People understand that his conclusions and assumptions are not facts... A lot of the time company's add material that have nitrogen within it,it's just a part of the molecular structure of the particular material that is being used to build a nutrient product... Now, this small amount of nitrogen molecule that is being used has very slight benefits, because it's not the prime molecule in the production of the recipe... A lot of the time the nitrogen is so minuscule it does nothing for the plant other than aid in the uptake of other nutrients... Some people like this guy seems to think that when your plant is in flower it doesn't need nitrogen, well that would be absolutely wrong, otherwise how else would the flowers develop... Nitrogen is a critical source of nutrients throughout the whole plants life cycle... Some of the things this guy is saying is misleading and I don't think he's a botanist nor a chemist... He's simply doing what anyone can do, which is look up words and find out the definition,and in doing so some people will come up with their own conclusion, sort of like what he did... If you want facts go over to Harley Smith...

When they recommend to use this product the plants are producing essential oils already. The reason why it looks like this product works so well is because it is stressing the plant out so much it is producing extra oil to counter act the stress. The main issue is that your flower will be really harsh in the back of the throat when you smoke it because the salts will not flush out of the plant very well do to uncomplete chemical reactions. You don't need any of the three to grow good bud. You can grow good bud with just the main three (big bloom, grow big and tiger bloom). The 13 part nutrients line is for the most seasoned grower who knows how to read their plants and can fine tune their regimen to get the most out of their girls. In the hands of a novice, they will always ruin a crop trying to figure things out. Just reading the labels and going to wikipedia for the answers doesn't give you anything to go off of to make a decision about the product. Talk to a horticulturist or a botanist about what the combination of ingredients does for plants at certain stages in its life cycle. Passing on bad information about a product without doing any real homework makes you sound arrogant and lazy.

Whoa whoa whoa. No I’m gonna burst your bubble on this right here. Fox farm gives u specific instructions that u are not reading. I have been using it for months now. I have no issues. If u follow the specific instructions. The ppm will not exceed 8 900. Don’t go adding the max amount. I always start with the lowest dose. Then move up if it is not in the range. But u must flush. U are going to flush a few times in it’s life. The object of flushing is getting the salts down. U need to do math. But some of this information is wrong guys. I will argue with this guy. If u follow the instructions u will be fine. This nutrient requires u to use distilled or R/O water. But people do not do that. They use tap. U cannot do that. If u do. The salts will be high. So all these people saying that it’s an issue. No the issue is that every one thinks they are fucking botanists. Which none of us are. Don’t follow this shmuck. I have no fucking issues. I follow instructions. Don’t just throw them instructions away thinking u know it all.

@@PerfectGardensTV yup. I read what I wrote. Not 8900. 800 or 900. Some where in between. Seriously. 500. Your going to starve them 😂. No one ever follows instructions. I have not seen that uses an Ro system or distilled water. So they use tap. Which can be as high as 400 maybe more. Maybe less. So your telling the best people are down 500. Any one can get down to 5. But your starving them. Every one that I have seen at 5. They are deficient. If u follow the instructions that fox farm gives u. U will not exceed 12. Or even bust 1k. I am using 6 nutes as of right now. They will get the other two next week. But they aren’t even going to to get both. They will get open sesame. Then the beastie. Then the cha Ching. So really they will only have 7 at one time. Fact is we were having an argument about the nutes. How it is too much. Every one is not doing it right. No one will follow the instructions. I was arguing the simple fact every one is having issues with fox farm Bc they are not reading or testing. I’m not saying u. Any grow your plants. Yes these plants are grown in the shittiest conditions in the wild. I was just saying that my ppm is still very low with using all the nutes that fox farm says to use and that’s on the hydro. I only use them all Bc I am using ro. Every one has their methods. Is it wrong no. Just like opinions every one is allowed to have one 😂. This was about the facts of the npk. Mainly nitrogen. Yes u can get that burn. I am into aquaponics. That is the biggest issue we all have in that department. I’m not going to say I don’t mess up. My horse sits just as high as yours 😆. I’m just saying there is different charts that fox farm has. But the ones that every one shows are either old or the wrong ones. Trust me when I started using theirs. I had to do research. The bottles are not the charts they have now. They are confusing for a new grower. I have a hydro chart that I follow very closely. I have not had any issues yet other than my faults. I did not know if I would need the cal mag. I did that one on my own. But I corrected it. U have good call outs on the nitro. But they do have very detailed instructions. The issue is no one reads them or does homework. Is it really too much? I mean I do use it in my soiled plants too. But I don’t use as much. I have been using it once a week. Flushing every couple days. Like I said none of us are botanist. We just do what works for us.

@@PerfectGardensTV every one tries for the biggest baddest plant. They want massive buds. Truth is. A plant is going to be a plant. I have tried a few different methods. I have tried leds. But honestly. Lights being brighter producing more buds. Eh. Doubtful. The right light conditions it not being too much. Bc u know and I know that too much is going to harm the plant. There’s a fine line. But it’s all how u treat your plant let’s get real here. These plants come from shitty conditions. People’s choice is people’s choice. Ya know. Can’t teach an old dog new tricks 😂. Once again people are using any nutes wrong. They are new. They follow others. Yt is wonders now.
