Does Petalinux work on RPU or APU?

So from the lecture, Petalinux works on APU. And then it controls the applications running either on other APUs or RPUs. A simple example may be a Petalinux running on APU controls RTOS running on RPU. Thats the classic example of the use case of Zynq Ultra Scale, where both APUs and RPUs are present.
