Can you explain why you use 0% angle on your paddle. When most people are paddling with around 60%/

Hi Oscar, I'm paddling a 5.20x0,55mt sea kayak, with a braca XI wing paddle. Is the paddling tecnique the same? thank you very much for these videos and for sharing your knowledge. Most important: keep fighting!

Aloha Oscar. Thanks for the videos. I notice your arm recovery seems lower than what I see in Olympic sprint kayaking. What are the pros and cons of a lower arm recovery? I am thinking lower center of gravity and less stress on the shoulders may be a pro.
