Thank you so much. I have been trying to understand what was going wrong with my daughter's stroke and finally think I understand it. Can't wait to show her the video and try it in the pool. Many thanks

Thanks mate. I think I'm making a lot of those hand -driven mistakes. Your videos are making a huge difference to the global swimming community. Greetings from Joburg, South Africa!

Amazing stuff! Been dealing with a lot of pain in the scapula-joint area so hopefully this will help. Hard to know when im in the water myself, but I will try to get someone to record me so I can see it for myself.

Excellent instruction. My coach was explaining the same thing and I really like the examples in the video. I had a 'reachy' stroke because my wrist was ahead of my elbow causing me to cross over, use more energy and lose power. I did the exercises he mentioned and I'm seeing benefits. My recovery feels way more relaxed, I'm not crossing over and my distance per stroke is higher. Thank you.

Useful - my coach already told me that my legs splitting was because of poor balance - but didn't explain what that really meant.

Thanks for the video, could you please compare straight arm recovery technique and bent arm recovery? At least what is your thought about straight arm recovery?

You could open a can of worms here, so I think this is best dealt with in a video - I'll try to get some footage and do one.

It is funny how he teaches to swim sitting on a sofa.
