Thanks buddy, they still work/sound perfectly on my Ax-edge and this who installed pre update. I was going to do a nee bank fo AX but now Roland do patches through Zencore

Hi thanks for your comment. I realise this will not be what you want to here but I likely won’t be doing an updated version of these patches. The system for sharing patches is awful and even although I done a video etc how to install them I was forever getting people buying them and not following the instructions correctly and complaining they didn’t work. Then since the update there appears to be more problems and as they work fine on my Ax-Edge (installed pre-update) short of buying a second AX-EDGE it’s virtually impossible to to diagnose what the problem is. I believe you can now get a number of patches directly from Roland through their new Zencore system which being honest I’ve not investigated yet because I’m not using the Ax much as I have no live gigs due to CV19. It seems whilst other manufacturers embrace the fact that 3rd party sound designers make patches for there synths Roland clearly don’t want that and proceed make it as awkward as possible for users to share patches.

I wish you could use it on a keyboard stand with left hand articulations and dropping left to play another board at the same time but I expect the controls wouldn't fit your left hand position on a stand?

No the mod bar is not designed that way it is possible but intended to be used round your neck.

Hi Jorge these are presets I have constructed myself. I used to sell this bank but unfortunately I had to discontinue them due to compatibility issues with the 1.1 update. I believe you can now install patches purchasable from Roland.

Hey Ron at one time I did sell them but unfortunately since the update they continued to work fine on my AX-Edge and others who previously installed, but for new installs the patches don't work so I had to take them down. I also had nothing but problems with users not installing the patches properly, Roland clearly make it as difficult as possible for users to share patches.

Ronnie Roddy Jr. I can’t because I don’t own ant guitar.pedals. TBH whilst I could see the point in maybe a wah-wah pedal anything else would be not needed as the AX edge has excellent onboard effects. If you are interested in the process it is no different from putting any other synth through guitar pedals.
