Myléne's intros are always just Wahou !! But for me the two best intros and outros of Myléne are this concert and arena 2019: only breathtaking, unique and hyper creative. If you want to hear a piano voice of Myléne, she does it in all her concerts and you are under the spell and brought into a real emotionality. good reaction as always!

The audio is retouched for the dvd and cd. But she sings very well without retouching. To hear her un retouched voice, you have to watch the videos of the fans who were there. But the sound of the cd is better because there is not all the cry of joy from the fans

Yes the concept and the intensity of this intro is incredible! Mylène Farmer is considered to be the best for intros and outros and I haven't known anyone who has approached her for over 30 years. Now that you've reacted to the 2006 intro, you should also check out the outro of the same show and then its 1989, 1996, 1999, 2009, 2013 and 2019 intros and outros ... because all of them are next level ...

There is also often an accoustic part during each of her show, a lot more intimate and focus on her voice (you can listen "Les Mots" from this show, or "L'autre" or "Ainsi Soit-Je").

Mylène certainly knows how to get the audience's attention with her entrances! What you are requesting to see and hear is one of the ballads performed on the central stage during this 2006 show. She doesn't do "small venues" but her shows always include a set of "stripped down" songs as you described. I suggest "L'autre" ("The Other") because the lyrics are fairly easy for non-French speakers to understand even without subtitles.
