I have been struggling with bad runs and negative thoughts all during my training for a 30 mile ultra. I almost quit multiple times and thought, up to a few days ago, I would drop to a shorter distance. I listened to this hypnosis twice and have completely turned my thoughts around! I found a positive vibe, repeated it during my race and ended up getting second place woman overall!! Thank you!!!

Michael, this video is so powerful. I watched this twice a few months ago in two consecutive days and thought nothing more of it. Looking back I now realise the power that this has had. I started running again and have half marathons and a marathon booked for next year. The reason I know how powerful this is, is because I just purchased a running machine and while running I one day I had your voice and your words in my head. I took out my dining table and transformed my dining room into a gym. I do virtual runs real late in the evening now to get that last competitive run in before bedtime, This simple video has transformed my life and were am I now? I have tons of energy, much better sleep. I organise my day around runs and were I used to run for 14mins I now run for an 1hr 45mins. But for anyone who is reading the comments before using this video can I give you a quick tip. Don't have anything in the room like a telephone or mobile because if you are like me you will find yourself going into a deep sleep which taps right into your sub-concious. A sleep like you don't ever have in the real world. You definitely do not want to be disturbed and most definitely by family. I now keep this video when all family are away and my mobile is downstairs while I am upstairs. Please don't think that just because you watch this you will run that day or be bionic, but you WILL run in the few days after and keep going and your runs will start progressing in a way that you never expected. Well, I can only use me as an example and this is what has happened. Its unbelievable, I am back to my running self that I was in my 20's and I am now 40.

I have extreme anxiety when it comes to running. I was in Navy ROTC 4 years, Marine Corps infantry for 6 years, and am looking to retire from the Army in three more years. During my last few years after a divorce I have struggled with running and passing the fitness tests. After falling asleep to this one night I felt that one day I might be able to conquer my mental block. Thank you so so so much for this video. There are none others like it that I have been able to find. This is so crazy. I was sceptical. I’ve been training for a half marathon all year and it’s this Sunday. Yesterday after listening to this I ran 8K non-stop for the first time.Normally I’m blowing in the 1st km. The only thing I’ve changed in my preparation is listening to this.

This is unbelievable! Your help has gave me my PB today a for a course I have been running almost daily for the past 4 weeks. It was like I went into 6th gear with no lactic acid feeling, no pains and my circulatory system felt as though it was twice as wide and flowing x10 the strength. I hit hills, running straight over the top with not just an unbelievable recovery but then stretching out into an almost sprint pace when I would normally have felt tired and heavy. This session has actually changed my life.

I’ve been using this on and off since 9th grade for cross country races. It really puts me in the right mindset and significantly improves my race times. My last race as a senior is in 3 or so hours. Thanks for this video.

Found this video about a week ago: right before my first race. Everything that was in my control went pretty well, but the race wasnt good due to factors like weather and other things out of my control. This video did, however, get me in the right mindset and helped me fall asleep quickly, which I often struggle to do! Have my second xc meet today, and its really important that I run this one under 30, which I havent really struggled with until recently. I feel a lot better about it though after listening to this on repeat 😂

I listened this meditation just before a 16 km race. It gave me the peace of mind needed to perform and I actually did a pretty good time: 1h22. With a proper physical preparation, meditation & hypnosis can be two usefull tools to improve sports results.

Michael, i really enjoyed this meditation! Would you be able to do one to listen to while running? And for at least an hour and half? I listened to this while running and it helped me relax and find dimensions that increased my distance and helped me relax!
